A visit to Moto Madrid - The largest motorcycle show in Spain

A visit to Moto Madrid - The largest motorcycle show in Spain 0

Moto Madrid is the largest Spanish motorcycle show we thought we would hop on a plane and see what all the fuss was about.  The motorcycle show is located in Casa De Campo about 1 hour away from the airport via a couple of train hops or you could always ride there (would have loved to but did not have the time).

So winter is here is that stopping you getting on your motorcycle?  One of our customers was nice and sent us a picture of him touring Switzerland on his Suzuki Hayabusa.

This customer is using our Universal Smartphone Holder & Fork Stem Mounting Kit for HTC One M8.  This mounting kit can be used with a range of different Smartphones making it ideal if you plan on changing your smartphone often.  The fork stem attachment is ideal for the Hayabusa due to its sports touring handlebars.

So what is stopping you getting out and exploring in winter months?

Got any winter motorcycle pics you would like send in to us, simply email sales@ultimate-motorcycle.co.uk.

Weekend of the Triumph Trifest Ullapool Sept 16-19

Weekend of the Triumph Trifest Ullapool Sept 16-19 0

The KTM was new a back tyre, yet again it really does destroy back tyres or perhaps thats just me.   Typical for me i book the MOT and get the new back tyre fitted at the sametime to find out that there is a biking event on over the weekend in Ullapool.  The Triumph Trifest event.

Road Conditions in the Highlands of Scotland

Road Conditions in the Highlands of Scotland 0

I took this photo while out a run on my KTM, it goes to show how the Highland council are repairing the roads in the Scottish Highlands.

This patch on my left is loose gravel that has been put down and they compact it to a point but then expect vehicles to bed it in properly.  That is not so bad if you are on 4 wheels but i despise this method when on my bike simply because you don't know how much grip your going to get, how loose is it really?
